Though I still need to see a number of films, I can safely say I won’t be publishing a top 10 list of my favorites. I don’t think I “loved” a single film released in the US (or elsewhere) in 2011, but the one that came the closest was probably João Pedro Rodrigues’ Morrer Como Um Homem (To Die Like a Man). Over the next week or so, I’ll be posting (and re-posting) images from some of the films I did like from ‘11.
